2. Terms of Service


When you visit or send e-mails to us, you consent to communicate with us electronically and agree that all such communications (including agreements, notices, disclosure, etc.) satisfy all legal requirements to be in writing.

We will communicate with you by e-mail. If you do not respond to any communication related to the provision of the service within two (2) working days, we will prepare the service based on the information previously provided by you. reserves the right not to respond to any query which is not sent through the user Area. Accordingly, the information provided by the user must be correct, including date of birth, passport details and names, etc. If the information provided by the user is not correct, the service may not be accurate.

The passport should be valid for, at least, 6 months after the entry of the user into the country and if this is not possible the arrival card will not be valid assuming the website is not liable and the user is assuming the loss of the product purchase. If we get the order for a non-valid passport, as the arrival card is linked to it, the arrival card will not be valid.

Any advice provided to you should not be used by any third party as each case varies depending on the particular circumstances of the applicant and the applicants family. Such action will result in an immediate breach of our Copyright terms as set out above.

Provision of Service

Upon registering your interest, you are able to purchase a service offered by us. Upon payment, our goal is to make sure service delivered to you within the time frame provided for in the service description. However, in certain cases, this may take longer, depending on the complexity of the user´s Profile.

Once the service has been prepared, the user will be notified and the service will be emailed to the account nominated by the user in the registration process. The service to be provided to the user may vary from time to time.

The service also takes into account current and publicly available immigration legislation and policies cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy arising from changes to such legislation and policy which are not publicly available at the time the service is provided or which may occur after the service has been provided to the user.

The user is encouraged to seek additional guidance from one of our Migration Consultants and/or make independent inquiries before relying on the information provided as part of the service. Once service has been provided and the user received an approved travel document, the refund is no longer possible.

Cannot offer taxation, business, education or investment advice. Any information provided by our employees on non-migration related matters should only be interpreted as general information and the user should obtain professional advice regarding these matters.

Our Service Fee

The service and hours it takes our agency to guard individuals and legal entities in their administrative travel document and paperwork to enter Singapore. Our service fee is 45€ or $48,/ 73.83AUD

Travel Authorization or arrival card Service

Upon completing the arrival card application form provided on, your request for arrival card will be submitted. The system used for issuing an arrival card via this Website interfaces with and checks data from Singapore Government systems. Your arrival card grant is subject to approval from the Singapore Government. In the majority of instances, your arrival card will be processed and granted within minutes. However, if any details have been entered incorrectly or are incomplete, your application may be delayed.

Depending on the nationality of the applicant, for receiving a granted or arrival card will be totally mandatory to provide required data. In the case, we will need to get from you in the form, or in a later email.

Prior to making payment for the arrival card, you will have an opportunity to review all the details you have provided on your screen and make changes if necessary. If you have made an error, it is important that you correct it before proceeding. Once you have confirmed the details, you will be prompted to enter your credit card details for the non-refundable service charge. If you find out later that you have made a mistake, you can either make a new application or incur another service charge or submit a new arrival card application yourself.

Please do not arrange any travel to your destination until you have received an email notification that your eTa or arrival card request has been approved by the

Singapore Government. takes no responsibility for changes to a users travel plans due to arrival card processing.

Additional Info Required

In all cases that our team believes additional info is required for the successful processing of your order, we will send you an email asking for this info.

We will keep your order open and waiting for your info, but if this info is not been provided in 3 weeks we will have to close the order and unfortunately, no cancellation or refund will be possible.

In some instances, an arrival card or eTA applicant may receive a ‘request’ message from the Singapore government. In this instance, you will be contacted by e-mail and will be required to provide additional information in order to proceed with your application. Please note that if any request for further details is made by, your arrival card or eTA application will not be processed until the requested information is received.

Fraudulent Payments

In case there is any indication the payment has been made in a fraudulent way this website is having the right to freeze all the payments and don’t make any refund till we get clear who did the payment and with which credit card. This is because the website is exposed to have some future issues with the real owner of the credit card if we keep going with the process like this.


We only begin to process your arrival card application after we have received your full and correct required documents. Time of processing depends on whether your application is complete on time. In case of some more specific requirements of the government, we will inform you to fulfil that specific requirement and continue to process your application after your fulfilment. This may result in longer processing time than we expect.

After you have sent us all required documents or immediately after you submitted your application(with or without sending the required documents), whichever comes first, we will not accept any refund or cancellation request.

Please note the prices charged 45€ or $48,/ 73.83AUD covers the costs for the our services, as well as the help and assistance of arrival card for the duration of this application. Note: Arrival card is no cost, if you prefer to apply directly ICA

In case we accept your refund request, we charge 50% of the total fee for the refund cost.

After our arrival card Service Team has got application ID confirmation by the Singapore Government for your order, you cannot request for cancellation anymore.

Once the arrival card or appointment date has been sent to your email address, we will be unable to reimburse you the arrival card service fee.

It is imperative that you supply with the correct information required for your requested arrival card at the time of your intended departure.

Our arrival card Service Team cannot be held responsible for any arrival card granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect arrival card information and any losses incurred.

Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any arrival card issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission.

We strongly recommend that you check your arrival card information with your passport and personal information prior to departure.

The refund amount would be worked out on the basis of the cancellation policy as described above and the money would be refunded to the person who made the payment to us.

Please note that the process may take 15 -20 days due to banking procedures. If the refund was made to the Credit / Debit Card account to the Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
