The Electronic Arrival Card can be requested online by foreign travelers at any time. The approved Electronic Arrival Card will be sent to the email address you provide on your form in time for your trip, taking into account your arrival date in Singapore.

To apply online for a Singapore Electronic Arrival Card, applicants need the following: A current passport with more than six (6) months validity from the date of arrival. The passport should have at least one (1) blank page for border crossing stamps. Accommodation information, such as name and address of hotel or hostel, etc. Transportation information such as flight details, intended date of arrival, etc.

No, you do not need to void the submission. You are required to submit a new SG Arrival Card if you plan for a new trip to Singapore.

Approved applicants are required to submit a health declaration within 3 days prior to the date of arrival. /p>

All minors, whether included on an adult’s passport or not, must submit an individual SG Arrival Card application form per child.

Underage citizens with their own passport, or those included on their parent’s passport, must present their SG Arrival Card at the border control checkpoint.

Once the application form is complete and all requested information has been provided, the Singapore Electronic Arrival Card will be processed within 1 business day. In some cases, it can take up to 2 business days.

Once you receive your approved SG Arrival Card, you will simply need to present your passport for immigration clearance upon arrival in Singapore. Singapore’s immigration system will already have the electronic arrival card which you submitted in advance.

Applicants who wish to visit Singapore need a minimum passport validity of six (6) months when they arrive in Singapore. Therefore, your passport must be valid during the application process and take into account your arrival date in Singapore.

If you have two (2) passports due to dual nationality, you must choose the passport you will use to travel to and enter Singapore.

Travelers with dual citizenship must introduce the data of the chosen passport on their SG Arrival Card application. There cannot be any inconsistencies between the approved SG Arrival Card and the passport information provided on the Singapore Electronic Arrival Card application.

Updates and notifications on the Electronic Arrival Card application will be sent to applicants via email to the electronic address provided when completing the form.

The decision to grant or deny an Electronic Arrival Card is entirely at the discretion of Singapore’s Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

Any errors in the data provided can result in the rejection of the SG Arrival Card application. All information must be introduced in the application form exactly as it appears on the traveler’s passport.
